about

After creating and listening to "The Grass is Always Yellower" a million times, I think the overall theme is a focus on forgiveness and judgment. Whether it is self forgiveness or a judgment of another that springs from an issue within, I wanted to encourage myself and others to continue to examine themselves. To leave the past behind and keep following their hearts.

The goal of the album was to create complete songs without the use of samples. I was blessed to work with some awesome Artists, Musicians, Producers/Engineers. They all challenged me to be my best and I'm thankful I was able to create with and learn from them.
